ALPHA Ceramica EX

Alpha®, the manufacturer of the “Original Ceramica Polishing Discs”, has created the next generation of polishing discs, Ceramica EX. With the proliferation of engineered stones, Alpha® recognized the need for polishing discs that could work effectively on these challenging new surfacing products. After extensive research and development, Alpha® established the diamond and bond formula best suited for today’s engineered stones, the result: Ceramica EX. Our research determined something else; Ceramica EX works extremely well on all natural stones, too. As a result, Ceramica EX can fulfill all the needs of all stone fabricators; one set of polishing pads that can produce a high quality shine on granite, engineered stone, quartz surfaces, marble (including hard to polish black and green), terrazzo and porcelain tile and slab.

Alpha Ceramica Flexible Buff

Alpha Ceramica Buff will bring a standard polished edge to a deep glossy final finish. The Alpha Ceramica Buff is a heat compressed disc that combines Tin Oxide and Aluminum oxide with natural fiber to produce a superior final polishing product. Black Buff will bring out the shine on black granites. Use Buff White for lighter colored granites. Use Wet.

DI-CP Ceramic Polishing Pad

Ceramic Diamond Resin Discs are designed for both a quality shine and long life. These flexible, long lasting discs are idea for concave and convex shapes. Ceramic can be used on both hand held machines and stationary models.

Grits: 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500, 3000 and white / black buff.

Diameters: 3, 4, 5 and 7 inch

Rosette Series Polishing Pads

Manufactured with high segments for long life and uniquely designed waterways for swarf removal. The flat surface grinds and polishes, brining the stone to a factory finish. These discs are designed to glide over lippage of all heights.

Grits: 30, 50, 120, 220, 400, 600, 800, 1800, 3500, 8500

Shine Pads

Uniquely blended for flat and edge polishing on granite and engineered stone. Particularly effective on both half and full bullnose shapes. These pads bring out the natural color of the stone preparing the stone for final polishing, leaving a more brilliant color to the stone. They grind very quickly and smoothly, lasting longer than resin pads in the rougher grits. Using these pads in the rough grits will extend the life of the resin pads in the final polishing grits.
